This website is operated by Lineage Ceramics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, you confirm that you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Policy Incorporation & Hierarchy
These Terms incorporate by reference our Shipping Policy, Refund, Return & Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy.
In the event of any inconsistency, the applicable policy shall govern the specific subject matter.
3. Orders, Fulfillment & Shipping
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Shipping options selected at checkout refer only to carrier transit time after fulfillment. Fulfillment time is separate and applies to all orders regardless of shipping method.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
4. Cancellations & Final Sale
Orders may not be cancelled once placed, except where required by law.
Made-to-order items, discounted items, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for cancellation or cash refund, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Refused Deliveries & Unauthorized Returns
Orders refused upon delivery or returned without authorization are not eligible for refunds. Returned items may be eligible for store credit only, subject to inspection and our policies.
6. Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once placed, except where required by applicable law.
Any exchanges, replacements, or credits for wholesale orders are granted solely at Lineage Ceramics' discretion and may be subject to inspection and approval.
By placing a wholesale order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
7. Pricing & Errors
Prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineage Ceramics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site or products.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact us directly to attempt a resolution before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks submitted in contradiction of our published policies may be disputed with the payment provider.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
