Shipping policy

Shipping is free Canada-wide for orders over CAD 350. For orders under CAD 350, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and the selected shipping method.

Orders placed using promo codes offering more than 15% off may not qualify for free shipping.

Fulfillment & Shipping Timelines

Shipping options selected at checkout (including express or priority services) refer only to carrier transit time once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

Fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time and applies to all orders, regardless of the shipping method selected. Due to high demand, fulfillment may take up to 1–2 weeks before shipment.

Lineage Ceramics does not guarantee delivery dates. Expedited shipping options do not shorten fulfillment time and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery window.
